Authorities forget “Injured Polling official” in Bandipora

Official seeks Govt help for meeting “costly meeting expenses”.

Srinagar, Apr 14 (RNA): An injured polling official has appealed the government to help him in treatment as he cannot afford the “costly treatment due to his meager salary”.

Nasir Hussain Dar a Physical Education Teacher (PET) has claimed to have sustained head injury during stone pelting incident on the evening of 11th April while on his way back to Deputy Commissioner office Bandipora to deposit the EVM. He said he was hit by a bolder and was evacuated to District Hospital Bandipora wherefrom he was referred to SMHS Srinagar.

According to RNA, reporter Nasir claimed that none from the district Administration Bandipora had visited him so far. He urges government to help him in meeting out the expenses of medical treatment as he can’t afford the costly treatment due to his “meager salary”. (RNA)
